Personal: Lara was, among many things in life, a world traveler, musician and stage performer, active outdoorswoman, competitive runner and cyclist, world-class yoga instructor, and doula. She has spent much of her life enjoying all the things Tennessee has to offer including fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, rock climbing, camping, and horseback riding. She has always enjoyed helping others, gaining an intense sense of fulfillment by seeing them reach higher levels of accomplishment. Lara loves knowing new people from all cultural backgrounds. Her passions in life include her family (dogs included), horses, the outdoors, and continued use of her knowledge, skills, and experience to make positive differences.
