Up to the second level is the large master bedroom, full bath and a private balcony with a wooded view. The lower level has new furniture and offers the second bedroom, full bath with a whirlpool tub, sitting area with a flat screen and game table with 60 games. The rear deck with a table/chairs and gas grill can be accessed from this level. The HVAC was just replaced with a 2.5 ton Rheem unit. The upper and lower levels have PTAC units for individual heating and air on each level. The upper PTAC is new. While this unit did $40k in rental income the owner stays in the cabin often and allows his friends and family to stay. If it was occupied less by the owner it is projected to do approximately in the $60-65K range.
